PROGRESS TO DATE A series of meetings of the Task Force took place during 2009 which provided all participating professional bodies with an opportunity to present their perspectives on issues relating to boundary mapping in Ireland. A colloquium on “Property Boundary Reform” was held in November 2009 which widened the debate among a selected list of invitees which confirmed the need to address these issues. The results of this survey are currently being analysed and will be published on the website soon. A final report outlining the recommendations of the Inter-Professional Task Force will be prepared for ratification by each of the participating professional bodies before publication later in 2011.
